What He Stands On
Four principles.
No exceptions.
The difference between a project that finishes on-budget and one that goes off the rails is almost always set during preconstruction. These are the principles that govern how we work.
01
Integrity
We'd rather lose the job than soft-pedal a number. Every estimate reflects what we actually believe the work will cost — defendable, line by line.
02
Experience
Started in the trench and worked up through the ranks — from laborer and equipment operator to superintendent, estimator, and project manager. Years of hands-on field experience help identify the risks, costs, and challenges that paper estimates often overlook.
03
Independence
We work for the owner's outcome — not a contractor's margin or a designer's assumptions. No allegiances except to the project.
04
Accountability
Every line we produce is one we'd stand behind if we were the contractor building it. That's the test we hold ourselves to.
Our Mission
Closing the gap between
the plan and the dirt.
We exist for one reason: to make sure your project starts with numbers you can defend and a team that can deliver on them.
